Lose Weight Without Exercises

Being active is one of the best ways to lose weight without exercising. If you don't have an active lifestyle, its time to change if you want to lose any weight at all. I remember when I could not make it to them gym or exercise regularly. Instead of taking the elevator to the second floor, I would take the stairs. In addition I would also walk to the corner store instead of driving my car to the end of the block to get lunch. Surely there is something you can do to become active. I am sure you will think of something.

Well, there are indeed few ways though to short-cut your weight loss journey. Most importantly, if you plan to lose weight without exercises, then you would have to try to boost your metabolism rate. When you have a high level of metabolism rate, the chances of burning fat and losing weight is higher with the least amount of activity. Metabolism is the rate where the body produces and consumes energy and calories to support life.

Fatty foods high in saturated fats will add pounds to your body. You need to cut out these foods to lose body fat. You might eat a chicken Caesar salad for lunch. The dressing for a salad like this has more grams of fat. It may seem like you are eating healthy when you are really not. Cut out all of the fat grams in your diet and no more greasy foods to lose excess weight. No more cake, cookies, and sweets. Even if the cookies are fat free, it doesn't matter. Some people will sit and eat an entire bag of fat free cookies in one sitting and think it is okay because they are fat free. This couldn't be further from the truth.

Fiber is an important part of cleaning out your digestive tract and not allowing food to stay stuck in your system. Instead, fiber will keep food moving through your intestine thus promoting better weight loss.With all that being said, the next tip is to stop eating foods that will clog up your digestive tract. Refined starches are the main foods that will clog up your digestive track causing more fat to be stored in your body.

You'll be placing too much emphasis on the foods that you're eating. You'll need to be so strict that you won't really be able to get away with many (if any) treats at all. Adding some exercise allows you a little bit more slack to have the odd treat which is a more relaxed and manageable way to approach dieting.

Calorie shifting is a method dieting that forces rapid weight loss to happen by increasing your fat burning system and metabolism and keeping it high, causing you to lose a lot of weight in a very short time. It's very common for people to lose up to 10 or more pounds in less than 2 weeks with calorie shifting.

Are you beginning to see how to lose weight without exercise? This plan is called "calorie switching". By eating different foods from different sources like proteins, carbs and fats and eating at different times, your body is thrown off of the regular cycle it is used to. This increases metabolism and burns fat. It's super easy!
